Giving Tuesday - No Paws on Giving

December 1st is Giving Tuesday but today and everyday there is No Paws (pause) on Giving. This year has been tough on everyone, however, through it all we saw firsthand how remarkable our community truly is. It made us believe that in the face of adversity we can unite and continue to further our mission of compassionately serving the companion animals in our community. Every pet deserves love, care, and above all, a home.

This year Al-Van has embraced our Giving Tuesday campaign, No Paws (pause) on Giving, because no matter the circumstances our main priority is to continue to serve animals in need.

As a non-profit animal shelter, we run solely based on fundraising events, grants, and donations by YOU. Because many fundraising events and grants were canceled and continue to be impacted due to the coronavirus, we have limited funds available for essential needs like medical, spay/neuter, and…
